We aim to make booking of an apartment or villa as simple as possible and to keep all parts of the process transparent and secure.
Availability: We endeavour to keep all our calendars and availability up to date at all times. There are often time differences, last minute bookings and cancellations, plus technology issues that can affect this. Our goal however is to provide an accurate picture of the opportunity to book.
Pricing: We provide clear pricing structures and aim to be competitive. Some properties allow short breaks, some require full weeks and this can vary throughout the year. In addition discounts may be available and we may be able to mix and match partial dates should you wish to enquire.
Payment Terms: These are generally fixed and require a deposit of 30% at time of booking and the balance 6 weeks before arrival. The Terms & Conditions on this site will give exact details of the terms. These may be notated on each property with minor amendments.
Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cards and if required PayPal, although only on request. We accept wire transfers and bank details are supplied upon request. Cheques may be posted, but a booking is not confirmed until a payment is credited to our account. We recommend people pay by credit card to provide extra security and ease of transaction. we also recommend guests take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Correspondence: We like guests to talk or correspond with us. We send out booking forms, card payment slips, arrival instructions and more by email, generally in .pdf format. Please check your SPAM folders as these sometimes find their way into the wrong mailbox folder. We also send out a review email after you have left and really appreciate feedback, good or bad (we hope not!).
